About
True You LLC
Hello, I am Sophia Denniston, the founder and CEO of True You LLC. I am a licensed clinical social worker with a passion for helping people. I have always had an interest in Psychology and Biology, and the way they affect our lives. Who we are as individuals, is dictated not only by genetics, but also by our experiences. Imagine what you could do if wounds were healed. Imagine who you could be if you had a partner to help you go through all the stuff that life has thrown at you. It is my mission to assist you in attaining your goals and discovering your authentic self. True You LLC offers multiple pathways to guide you on your journey. We offer individual, couples, family, and group therapy experiences. We also offer life coaching and support group facilitation for those that may not be interested in therapy. At True You LLC we believe that there are many paths to success. Contact us today to find out which of our options are right for you.

Experience
I have experience working in both individual and group settings; serving substance abuse, and mental health populations. I utilize a multitude of therapeutic approaches to facilitate the clinical experience. I also believe in a holistic approach to therapy where the client is viewed as an individual, as well as an individual in their environment. This gives a better picture of who the client is, so that treatment can be tailored to the individual. I recognize that we are all different, therefore, there is not a “one size fits all” model to treatment; and I will work diligently to create a treatment plan that the client and I believe will help them best achieve their goals.
